Job summary
You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the ACOS FOR RESOURCES MANAGEMENT of CNATRA.
Major duties
You will perform or advise on work in any of the phases or systems of budget administration. You will formulate budget and estimates to support plans, programs, and activities, including presenting and defending budget estimates before authorities. You will analyze and recommend costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of organization’s programs and administrative operations.
Qualification
GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-9 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing budgetary problems (e.g. costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management, implementing legal and regulatory controls over approved budgets) to ensure the effective use of funds in support of an organization's programs or activities. GS-9: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-7 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: administering a budget (e.g. formulation of budget and estimates, reviewing and evaluating budget requests, control and reporting of obligations and expenditures) to ensure the effective use of funds in support of an organization's programs or activities. Education
