Shadow Board: Leveraging staff insights to drive business improvement.

In 2023, JOBSwithDOD formed a shadow board consisting of employees from across our offices and departments. The aim of our shadow board was and remains, to offer an employee perspective on issues of group-wide significance to executive leadership, and to develop future leaders.

Success Stories
