L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Sr Associate, Operations Program Integrator. This position is responsible for defining product vision and strategy, aligning it with business objectives, managing the product backlog, and tracking success metrics through data-driven decision-making. The Product Manager serves as a cross-functional leader, collaborating with engineering, quality, customer support, and executive teams to build consensus on priorities and manage expectations.

This role requires strong customer advocacy—acting as the voice of the customer while managing program relationships and addressing escalated issues. On a typical day, the Product Manager balances time between attending collaborative meetings (such as daily standups and sprint planning sessions), developing strategic plans and roadmaps, conducting customer research and gathering feedback, creating documentation, and analyzing data to inform product decisions and support executive reviews for manufacturing execution.

Essential Functions:


• Define and maintain product strategy and vision
• Track success metrics and KPIs
• Create and maintain the product value stream
• Provide cross-functional leadership with applicable knowledge across common aerospace functions (Engineering, Quality, Scheduling and Material Planning, Tooling, and Manufacturing Operations)
• Make data-driven decisions to guide product direction
• Manage program relationships with the AMF–S Operations Integrated Planning Team

Qualifications:


Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:


• Experience with composite manufacturing in the aerospace industry is highly desired
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively across multiple organizations and stakeholder groups
