Job Description

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) are looking for Shipside Operations Specialists to support the 777 Line Side Control Center LSCC) team onsite in Everett, Washington. 

As a Shipside Operations Specialist, you will collaborate cross-functionally to identify, investigate, and develop countermeasures to drive improvement projects in production.

Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Experienced or Senior Shipside Operations Specialists.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist with activities across multiple functions to coordinate resolution of emergent issues in support of specific operations

  • Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria

  • Provides limited feedback on assessment results

  • Support the teammates in implementation of strategies and plans

  • Works under general supervision

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment

  • 1+ years of experience working in a multi-functional team environment

  • 1+ years of experience in root cause analysis and corrective action

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

  • Level 2: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience working in operations analysis or operations research

  • 3+ years of experience in a role that required excellent communication, collaboration, networking, and interpersonal skills

  • 3+ years of experience in a role that required strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • Level 3: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

  • Level 4: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Shift:

Candidates may be selected for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift. Shift will be determined at the time of offer. There may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives.

Summary pay range level 2: $78.300 - $95,700

Summary pay range level 3: $92,700 - $113,300

Summary pay range level 4: $112,500 - $137,500
