Job Description

The US Senior PERSEC Specialist (L3) is responsible for executing personnel security processes to support cleared employees and ensure compliance with government and company requirements. This role operates in a fast-paced environment, managing high-volume security transactions while maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality.

What you'll do:

  • Processing new clearances, reinstatements, and reinvestigations through DISS/NBIS  
  • Managing foreign travel requests and ensuring proper documentation and approvals  
  • Processing MyAccess requests for system and facility access  
  • Coordinating and processing outbound visit requests, including foreign visits  
  • Supporting CAC applications and special suitability requirements  
  • Maintaining and processing self-reporting records in compliance with policy  
  • Conducting employee debriefing and offboarding actions  
  • Processing PSQs / SCI Questionnaires in coordination with Special Programs (as applicable)  
  • Ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and audit-ready  
  • Supporting internal stakeholders with guidance on personnel security processes  

Required qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen  
  • MUST HAVE Active Top Secret Security Clearance  
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Personnel Security or Industrial Security  
  • Experience processing new clearances, reinstatements, and reinvestigations  
  • Experience with foreign travel processing and visit requests  
  • Familiarity with self-reporting requirements and personnel security records management  
  • Experience supporting CAC applications and suitability processes  
  • Strong organizational and communication skills  

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience processing PSQs / SCI Questionnaires (Special Programs exposure)  
  • Familiarity with Special Access Programs (SAP) or SCI environments  
  • Experience in a high-growth or fast-paced defense environment  
  • Experience with MyAccess or similar access request systems  
  • Knowledge of continuous vetting / insider threat reporting processes
