Job Description

The Product Delivery Specialist is a highly detail-oriented, self-driven operator responsible for ensuring the accurate, complete, and on-time delivery of complex products to customers. This role owns critical aspects of the delivery lifecycle, including sales order documentation, inventory validation, defect tracking, and customer-facing acceptance activities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple parallel workstreams without losing precision, and requires minimal oversight to execute at a high level. They will interface directly with customers during Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and occasional on-site acceptance events, ensuring a seamless and professional delivery experience. This individual works cross-functionally with production, quality, engineering, and maintenance teams to resolve issues, improve upstream processes, and uphold a high bar for product quality and customer satisfaction.

Required qualifications:

  • 2–5+ years of experience in product delivery, manufacturing, operations, quality, or a related hardware-focused environment
  • Proven ability to manage complex, detail-heavy work with high accuracy and accountability
  • Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, production, quality)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience interfacing with internal stakeholders and/or customers
  • Experience with inventory validation, documentation control, defect tracking, or similar delivery-related processes
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer acceptance events and on-site inventory validation

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience supporting Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) or customer acceptance activities
  • Background in aerospace, defense, robotics, automotive, or other complex hardware manufacturing environments
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, inventory management tools, or quality tracking systems
  • Experience identifying and driving process improvements in manufacturing or delivery workflows
  • Prior experience acting as a quality gate or final checkpoint before product delivery
  • Military experience in maintenance, logistics, quality assurance, or production coordination roles
  • Exposure to configuration management or build documentation processes
