SAIC seeks an experienced and motivated Program Analyst to perform Knowledge Management tasks in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This position supports the US Space Force, Space Systems Command, in performing operational maintenance and sustainment of Ground-based Radars critical to US and Allied strategic missile surveillance, warning, defense, and space surveillance missions. 

Job Duties:

  • Manage the Process Asset Library Administration (PAL): Working with the SharePoint administrator, own, design, implement, and maintain the PAL folder structure on SharePoint. Establish and enforce naming conventions, version control standards, and access controls. Migrate existing documents into the new structure and ensure all controlled documents are accessible to authorized personnel.
  • Technical Publications Management: Coordinate with Engineering to manage technical publications, and manuals in the PAL. Track publication currency and support the interface between Knowledge Management and Configuration Management for document control coordination.
  • Records Management: Administer the records management process per contractual and regulatory retention requirements. Maintain retention schedules, ensure records are complete and retrievable, and support audit activities.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Collect and report KM metrics monthly including document currency, PAL accessibility, records compliance, and knowledge coverage. Contribute to program performance dashboard and quarterly management reviews.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain direct working relationships with process owners and functional managers across all program areas. Serve as the primary point of contact for all document control and PAL questions and educate the organization on requirements and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and 10+ years’ related experience
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and related applications

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Certified Records Manager (CRM), Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS), SharePoint certification, or similar professional certification preferred. ASQ certifications a plus.
  • Quality Management Systems: ISO 9001 and AS9100 principles, document control requirements, and audit support
  • Experience with ARAS, DOORS, Cameo, and Visio

Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
