SAIC is looking for a senior-level Project Manager (PM) and Product Owner role for the Information Systems Special Projects Lead. The position requires a candidate capable of managing the full acquisition life cycle, complex budgets (PPBE), and multi-disciplined teams within a Product-Based Execution (PBE) framework to meet Cost, Schedule, and Performance (C/S/P) objectives. The candidate will serve as the dual Project Manager and Product Owner for Information Systems Special Projects at NAWCAD Lakehurst. This role executes life cycle management, development, and acquisition through the PBE construct, leading cross-site teams to satisfy requirements from DoN, DoD, and Marine Corps stakeholders.

Qualifications

TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors and fifteen (15) years or more of related experience; Masters and eight (8) years or more experience ; PhD or JD and five (5) years or more experience
  • Active Interim Secret clearance is required
  • Expertise in managing technical, cost, and schedule objectives for complex information systems
  • Proficiency in the PPBE process, budget defense, and developing acquisition documentation/briefings for Resource Sponsors and Program Office leadership
  • Ability to analyze mission needs, identify resource requirements, and direct comprehensive program plans integrated across multiple services and agencies
  • Acts as the central Point of Contact (POC) for negotiations and coordination with PMA-251, DoN, DoD, and private organizations
  • Application of continuous process improvement tools to resolve program management issues and optimize value stream deliverables

Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
