The Senior Systems Design & Integration Specialist will play a critical role in modernizing Apple platforms across the enterprise, making this an exciting opportunity for an experienced Apple ecosystem expert who wants to drive meaningful impact.

In this role, you’ll partner with users, business teams, and leadership to capture feedback, identify pain points, and turn insights into improvements that enhance both the user experience and enterprise performance. If you have deep expertise in Apple hardware, macOS/iOS/iPadOS, and enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions—and you enjoy combining technical strategy, product thinking, and cross-functional collaboration—this position offers the chance to influence standards, improve processes, and help shape the future of Apple technology at Boeing.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Serve as key focal and subject matter expert for Apple operating systems and hardware for the Enterprise

  • Deliver deep expertise in Apple MDM frameworks, including implementation/deployment at enterprise scale 

  • Provide technical strategy, roadmaps and standards for hardware and software acquisition for Apple products (macOS/iOS/iPadOS)  

  • Provide product management for computing hardware and accessories for the Mac platform, including vendor relations

  • Review non-standard justifications for client hardware and software 

  • Analyze, collect, and document feedback and improvements from the user community 

  • Document requirements and implement changes improving user experience while enabling the business

  • Partner with enterprise functions to implement process and technical improvements 

  • Provide guidance/input/support to team members working to improve help desk knowledge base articles based on problem frequency and known resolutions  

  • Update and improve knowledge base / articles based upon interactions with and feedback from end users 

  • Test feature releases and communicate with end users about release plans  

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 10+ years of experience leading development and external deployment activities for digital products and offerings

  • 5+ years of experience using/supporting/troubleshooting Apple Devices

  • 5+ years of experience in Apple’s Mobile Device Management (MDM) framework and in Endpoint Management (e.g. JAMF, Workspace One, Intune)

  • 5+ years of experience analyzing and capturing user feedback and requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with personal computing systems and product design

  • Experience collaborating across multi-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience deploying Apple products in highly regulated industries

  • Deep experience with third-party applications for Apple platforms in enterprise settings

  • Advanced knowledge with bash and python scripting

  • macOS & iOS developmentexperience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $153,000 – $239,200
