The Boeing Company’s Compensation and Benefits Delivery organization is seeking an ExperiencedCompensation Operations Specialist to support the Equity and Compensation Senior Manager in Mesa, AZ or Tukwila, WA. This role will focus on the administration and operational execution of compensation and equity programs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processes while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of various equity and compensation plans, such as Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Restricted Stock Units, Long-Term Incentives, retention programs, Annual Compensation cycle, and variable pay

  • Assist in managing supplier operations for equity record-keeping and administration

  • Coordinate the execution of compensation programs using internal HR systems (Workday) and collaborate with various stakeholders

  • Prepare and execute annual compensation reviews and performance corrections ensuring accurate employee statements

  • Maintain detailed operational documents, including business rules, plan provisions, and process maps

  • Monitor supplier performance and assist in implementing improvement plans to meet service standards

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to pay, benefit discrepancies or education on their Compensation and Equity programs

  • Oversee and optimize processes and procedures to ensure efficient benefit delivery and resource utilization

  • Ensure accurate data transfers between the company and its suppliers, ensuring the integrity of financial and data records for plan accounting and supplier payments, while consistently meeting service level agreements

  • Prepare and coordinate communications for quarterly enrollments and purchases

  • Assist in the audit processes and other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience with employee benefits and/or compensation

  • 3+ years of experience in stock and/or equity plan administration

  • 3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding

  • 3+ years of experience using Human Resources (HR) systems

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field

  • 3+ years of experience with Workday

  • Experience using meticulous attention to detail to conduct audits and benefit calculations

  • Experience in a cross-functional teaming environment, guiding decision-making processes

  • Experience making decisions and delivering inventive solutions to management on rapidly evolving and complex projects and deliverables

  • Experience with organizational integration and change management practices

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $89,250– $128,800
