Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)is looking for aSupply Chain Management Analystto join ourSupply Chain Operationsteam inSalt Lake City, Utah.

The Supply Chain Management Analyst work includes standard supply chain management functions, data analysis, forecasting, supply and/or demand troubleshooting, andadditionalduties as assigned. This is a motivated team that works together to solve complicated supply chain problems and enable successful production. You will contribute as a team member alongside subject matter experts in the field of supply chain, inventory management andexpediteto deliver solutions that help The Boeing Company deliver safe,betterand more efficient airplanes and products.

In this role you will be working witha great teamof Supply Chain Management Analysts (SCMA) thatpurchaseraw materials, supplier parts and releasing of production orders while ensuring adherence to program schedule, organizational compliance with inventory management policies and contractual requirements. The team also develops process and efficiency improvements.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Applies change and planning decisions to arrive atoptimalsolutions.

  • Applies Supply chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the supply chain.

  • Coordinates with company customer support representatives, contract administration, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, warehousing,suppliersand customers.

  • Incorporates Bills of Material (BOM) and schedules into a production plan.

  • Coordinates part number attributes.

  • Verifies the released engineering BOM has been correctly implemented in the material planning system.

  • Releases andmaintainsorders.

  • Documents and resolves order delinquenciesand reports schedule adherence issues.

  • Applies developed solutions to inventory plans.

  • Analyzes and dispositions excess and obsolete inventories.

  • Creates schedules for products and services.

  • Coordinates and supports process improvements.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to emergent needs.

Basic Qualifications(Required Skills/Experience):

  • 2+ years of experience supporting operations, materialsmanagementand/or supply chain functions inaproduction environment

  • 2+ years of experience working with any industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications & Products)

  • 2+ years of experience scheduling and ordering inventory/supplies

Preferred Qualifications(Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree

  • 2+ years of Supply Chain experience in Aerospace, Defense, Manufacturing, or similar industry

Summary pay range (Level2):$70,550 - $95,450
