Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Program Integrator to support the F/A-18 Integrated Readiness Team (IRT) at Cecil Field in Jacksonville, Florida.

This role supports U.S. Navy strike fighter readiness through the execution of F/A-18 aircraft modification and sustainment activities. Responsibilities include coordinating delivery of modified F/A-18 aircraft and related support services, including incorporation of released technical directives and other depot-level maintenance as required. The successful candidate will work across multiple functions to help ensure program execution, customer satisfaction, and achievement of cost, schedule, and contractual objectives.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide integration support for all F/A-18 aircraft operations at Boeing Jacksonville
  • Support day-to-day program execution with a focus on acquisition, finance, and operational coordination
  • Coordinate across Engineering, Production Operations, Supply Chain, Contracts, and Finance
  • Manage supplier coordination indirectly and support high-level customer engagement
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure cost, schedule, and contractual requirements are achieved
  • Analyze project performance and develop lessons learned and historical reporting for future planning
  • Serve as the primary liaison between contracting, proposal coordination, and financial business management

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher   
  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management
  • 5+ years of experience in United States Navy contracting
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
  • 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining partnerships and communications with stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, peers, and/or partners
  • Experience with schedule and budget management, and with program planning and execution to ensure cost, schedule, and requirements are met

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with the F/A-18 platform
  • Experience in defense aviation sustainment or depot-level maintenance operations
  • Experience working across contracts, finance, engineering, and operations functions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $118,150 – $159,850
