Job summary

You will serve as a Supervisory Management Analyst ofIII MARINE EXPEDITIONARY FORCE. ***ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN JAPAN IS EXTREMELY LIMITED. Major duties

You will perform the full range of administrative and technical supervisory duties including work planning, assignments, training, discipline and leave for at least two (2) employees. You will provide guidance, information and training to subordinates on performance and administrative matters to further their personal and professional development. You will serve as the unit level Military Equal Opportunity (MEO) Program Manager who advises the Commander on the full-range of MEO programs and activities. You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Prohibited Activities and Conduct (PAC) policy providing advice, guidance and interpretation; and will maintain case management responsibilities throughout the lifecycle of a PAC complaint. You will develop and maintain effective relationships to promote awareness of Equal Opportunity programs, command policies, goals and objectives. You will provide briefings and/or trainings on command climate issues and prohibited activities and conduct for supported commands. You will perform conflict management services to assist in resolving issues or refers for mediation/alternative dispute resolution.

Qualification

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
