You will serve as a RIGGER SUPERVISOR II (DIVER) in the Lifting and Handling Department (C700) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.
Major duties
You will plan work, set priorities, and prepare schedules for subordinate staff to complete rigging trade and underwater husbandry tasks. You will oversee and manage rigging trade and underwater husbandry work operations to ensure organizational compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies. You will provide technical and authoritative guidance on the rigging trade and underwater husbandry best practices to subordinate staff. You will ensure command rigging trade and underwater husbandry work projects and programs are completed in an accurate, safe, timely, and cost-effective manner. You will provide administrative guidance on workplace dynamics, personnel performance management, disciplinary and training/development needs.
