Qualification

ASSESSMENT FACTORS 1. Proposes program, process, and policy changes required to enhance organizational efficiency and eliminate barriers to organizational success. 2. Crafts effective recommendations for highly complex or sensitive situations that incorporate strategic direction by identifying the impact of the course of action. 3. Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills to compose and deliver responses to complex questions in a clear, concise, and organized manner 4. Takes a lead role to build collaborative working relationships across DIA by encouraging colleagues to engage team members and others on specific or general issues 5. Allocates and delegates available resources to peers to accomplish project deliverables in timely and effective manner HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. 1) Demonstrates experience applying established standards in oversight work, including CIGIE Quality Standards for Inspections and Evaluations (Blue Book), GAO Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (Yellow Book), American Evaluation Association’s Guiding Principles for Evaluators, and Institute of Internal Auditors’ Global Internal Audit Standards. 2. 2) Prior experience conducting project management, inspections and evaluations, performance audits, or similar oversight work.
