Major duties
Serves as program analyst for Defense Fuel Support Point Okinawa, Japan. Coordinates with outside organizations and business partners to ensure payment for supplies and services under existing Interagency Support Agreements to support business operations. Responsible for developing and tracking annual budget allocations for training, travel, local national labor costs, and general operating funds. Develops annual organizational budget to provide a snapshot of available funds at monthly, quarterly, and annual timeframes Consolidates and submits input for DLA’s Program Budget Review (PBR) submission identifying and projecting recurring non-labor, training, permanent change of station costs, and government purchase card requirements.
Qualification
As a Program Analyst you will be responsible for the following duties: Serves as program analyst for Defense Fuel Support Point Okinawa, Japan. Coordinates with outside organizations and business partners to ensure payment for supplies and services under existing Interagency Support Agreements to support business operations. Responsible for developing and tracking annual budget allocations for training, travel, local national labor costs, and general operating funds. Develops annual organizational budget to provide a snapshot of available funds at monthly, quarterly, and annual timeframes. Consolidates and submits input for DLA's Program Budget Review (PBR) submission identifying and projecting recurring non-labor, training, permanent change of station costs, and government purchase card requirements. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
