Job summary
You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Fleet Personnel and Family Readiness Department, Total Fleet Manpower and Personnel Directorate of COMMANDER US PACIFIC FLEET.
Major duties
You will function as the primary adviser and subject matter expert on alcohol and drug abuse prevention and resilience training logistics. You will serve as a principal program manager with responsibility for data collection and analysis, formulation of policy, coordination of activities, and management oversight. You will plan, oversee, manage and coordinate the execution and operation of issues pertaining to alcohol and drug abuse prevention programs. You will manage budgets and develop contracts to support the inclusion of highly qualified and renowned speakers and subject matter experts to facilitate targeted audience presentations beyond the level of basic military training expertise. You will conduct meetings with local installations' points of contact to ensure every detail of logistical and other support is coordinated for training events.
Qualification
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: ???????applying analytical methods, systems, and processes to assess and improve program effectiveness, efficiency, and regulatory compliance; and ensuring the timely support, integration, and synchronization of program services (training, logistics, personnel support, etc.).
