You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the DIGITAL Group, Dept of Navy of FLTREADCEN DET MID ATLANTIC PAX RIVER.
Major duties
You will develop, consolidate and coordinate actions on short-term and long-range plans, project plans, decision papers, acquisition documents and other items related to contracting and financial execution. You will support development and monitoring of program resource allocation plans. You will make recommendations on adequacy of proposed plans, based on goals and milestones and on knowledge of resources and capabilities. You will review work breakdown structure for accuracy and consistency and recommend corrective actions.
Qualification
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing, consolidating and coordinating actions on short-term and long-range plans, related to Information technology project plans, and acquisition documents. 2) Supporting development, implementation and execution of requirements as they relate to the overall information technology program goals and objectives. 3) Developing comprehensive budget formulation, submission, tracking, configuration control for all requirements and functions. 4) Working closely with Program Manager to draft, finalize and update all acquisition and Life Cycle Management (LCM) documentation. 5) Analyzing contractor performance reports for cost and schedule variances to uncover data anomalies, providing early warning of actual or potential problems.
