Job summary
This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Major duties
You will perform bench work involving the assembly, disassembly, repair, modification, and maintenance of various parts, assemblies, subassemblies, and components of pneudraulic systems. You will use test equipment, hand and power tools, and measuring devices to test and troubleshoot less complex hydraulic and pneudraulic components and systems. You will make internal adjustments during overhaul and test of less complex fuel, oil, and pneumatic components. You will read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and blueprints and other technical information to completed assignments. You will perform limited electrical work associated with pneumatic and hydraulic components.
Qualification

Qualification requirements emphasis is on quality of experience, not necessarily the length of time. Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the job elements and screen out listed below. This job has a screen-out element which will be used to determine minimum eligibility for this job. Applicants who do not receive a minimum of two points on the screen-out element(s) will be found ineligible. The Screen-out Element for this position is: (1) Disassemble, assemble, test and troubleshoot items to assist in maintaining hydraulic and pneumatic components and systems; (2) Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to complete assigned tasks; (3) Using trade power and hand tools; (4) Assisting in basic troubleshooting to isolate faults in less complex components.
