Job summary

About the position: This position is located at Papa Joes at the Eifel Lanes Bowling Center, Spangdahlem AB, Germany. This position is Monday - Sunday, days and nights; weekends and holidays. Must be physically able to frequently lift objects weighing up to 40 lbs.

Major duties

The purpose of this position is to perform a wide variety of simple cooking tasks. The primary duties of this position include, but are not limited to: Performs a full range of cooking tasks: preparing and cooking items that required little/no processing, prepares hot cereals, broils meats, cooks soups, sauces and gravies, makes cold sandwich filling. Prepares other items such as: frozen hash browns, fish fillets and chicken nuggets. Prepares food by chopping, peeling, paring, grinding, slicing, dicing, pureeing and breading; weights and measures ingredients and portions food as appropriate. May be required to operate a cash register and collect money, make change and serve bottled/canned beer. Performs other related duties as assigned.
