You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER in the Navy Installation (various) Division of COMMANDER SINGAPORE AREA COORDINATOR.
Major duties
You will manage office equipment and administrative property in accordance with the equipment inventory and control policy. You will recommend changes to the organizational structure and manpower of the Administration Department. You will advise others on the relationship and impact the administrative programs functions have on broader installation functions and services. You will collect data, consolidate and submit reports.
Qualification
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience developing and preparing command directives, operating procedures and handbooks/guides for administrative and support services programs. Experience collaborating with departmental representatives to negotiate, implement and/or coordinate administrative changes. Experience screening incoming correspondence and determining which action office should prepare the response. Experience coordinating, reviewing and managing military and civilian award recommendations and records. Experience maintaining the command's master directive case files. Experience ensuring records are managed in accordance with Department of The Navy records management policy and procedures. Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
