As the Weapons Integration Asc Manager you will be responsible for leading technical and management initiatives that ensure seamless store separation for the F-35 program.


Your responsibilities will include:



  • Develop and standardize work practices, coordinating processes, plans, and procedures to deliver timely and accurate engineering support.

  • Design and execute workforce competency strategies to grow a skilled Store Separation team.

  • Oversee performance management and integration for all team members.

  • Lead the team to deliver positive employee experiences, recognizing and rewarding behaviors that drive business results.

Further Information About This Opportunity


MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.


Basic Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Leadership experience
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Experience working across functions and Programs to deliver results
Desired Skills:
•Strong organizational, planning and time management skills
•Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with customers and senior management
•Weapons Integration experience
•Proficiency in an area of air vehicle development
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
