Basic Qualifications

Requires a Bachelors degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.

Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities for this Position

ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:

As a software engineer for the NC3 business segment, youll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for supporting the design, implementation and maintenance of an integrated DTMF and VoIP network.

• Hands-on experience with enterprise telephony platform configuration and administration
• Use of T1/E1 ISDN PRI and CAS circuits
• Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) administration, dial plan configuration, device provisioning, and troubleshooting
• C or C++ programming experience

Combined Salary Range

USD $112,924.00 - USD $125,275.00 /Yr.
