The Boeing Company is looking for a Trade Control Project Management Specialist to join the Global Trade Compliance (GTC) Operations team within its GTC Organization. The candidate will be part of a team that supports the broader trade controls team with functional support, assessments, and special projects. We are open to a broad range of experience levels including Experienced and Senior specialists to find the best fit for this position.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages projects to support the Global Trade Controls team focusing on:

    • self-assessment activity

    • functional support

    • corrective actions

    • implementation and integration of new tools and processes

  • Supports other GTC Operations teams

  • Provides project management expertise to help GTC Operations develop effective solutions

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • 3+ years of experience in a role that required project management skills

  • 3+ years of experience leading cross functional teams

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Experience in trade controls

  • Experience with website design and management skills

  • Adaptable and capable of managing multiple tasks with minimal direction

  • Driven, organized and detail-oriented

  • Strong presentation skills

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range for the Experienced Level (Level 3): $84,150 - $129,950

Summary Pay Range for the Senior (Level 4): $104,550- $162,150
