SAIC, a leading provider of systems development & deployment, targeting & intelligence analysis, systems engineering & integration, and training capabilities and solutions for the Intelligence Community, is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide systems engineering and technical advisory (SETA) services to a United States government customer. This candidate will support multiple tasks to include the planning and execution of large technical forum events. The candidate will support a Military Schools Outreach Program and its annual call for proposals to support USG requirements. This role supports the collaboration among academies, with a focus on harmonizing proposals potentially through workshops and ensuring regular communication on collaboration opportunities. This candidate needs to be adaptable to evolving requirements with the flexibility to respond to change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain, and distribute detailed event agendas or schedules in advance of a technical forum.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to identify session topics, speakers, and time slots.
  • Identify and manage a database of potential attendees to technical forum (companies, organizations, and individuals).
  • Draft pre-event briefs and post-event reports summarizing key activities, lessons learned, and outcomes.
  • Document processes for future use to ensure repeatability and continuity.
  • Review and provide comments on outreach education/training plans and procedures.
  • Document end-to-end results to include developing and monitoring metrics related outreach.
  • Provide outreach status inputs to the team lead for coordination with the customer.
  • Identify and record any applicable lessons learned from outreach efforts.
  • Capture current and future training and education requirements from various military commands.
  • Develop space awareness training materials for military schools.
  • Maintain website to include specific weekly updates to content.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI with CI Poly.
  • Bachelors and five years or more experience.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and strong briefing and writing skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current Confluence and SharePoint experience.
  • Prior training development and delivery experience, especially relating to military training.
  • Experience coordinating large events, to include classified events.
  • Experience conducting outreach activities across diverse technology areas.
