Lead a Digital Transformation:

Full System Lifecycle:

We are looking for multiple skill sets in any of the following technical areas:

Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE):

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and managing system models using SysML.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard MBSE tools (e.g., Cameo, Rhapsody) and requirements management platforms (e.g., DOORS Next Gen).
  • A deep understanding of MBSE frameworks and methodologies, with the ability to apply them to complex aerospace or defense systems.
  • Ability to think strategically and lead initiatives to transition an organization from traditional engineering to a fully integrated MBSE and Digital Engineering environment.

System Engineering:

  • Systems Engineering Lifecycle: Proven experience driving the full systems engineering process, including active stakeholder engagement, comprehensive requirements development and management, system design, and Verification & Validation (V&V). Active INCOSE certification (ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP) is highly desired.

Compensation Details:

$75,000 - $175,000
