Basic Qualifications

Requires a Bachelors or Technology degree in Engineering or a related specialized area/field, or equivalent (4 years job-related experience). Requires an additional 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of job-related experience.

Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

As aSystems Engineer Support Specialiston RSP, you'll be part of across-functional engineering teamdelivering hardware, software and systems solutions. This Systems Engineer role may focus on one or more of the following areas:

• Test & Integration Engineering:hardware/software validation, verification, and performance testing
• Requirements Engineering:documenting, analyzing, and managing system requirements
• Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE):system modeling, simulations, and design analysis
• Hardware-Systems Engineering:design, integration, and troubleshooting of hardware systems

Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience inSystems Engineering,includingTest & Integration,Requirements, MBSE, or Hardware-Systems.
• Knowledge of systems design, MBSE modeling, and simulation.
• Familiarity withrequirements management tools(DOORS, Cameo, or similar).
• Experience withdefense, aerospace, or mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Executesystems engineering activities in Test & Integration, Requirements, MBSE, or Hardware-Systems,depending on focus area.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure system performance, reliability, and compliance.
• Document, review, and manage system requirementsusing requirements management tools and MBSE.
• Participate indesign reviews, verification, and validationactivities.

Combined Salary Range

USD $101,357.00 - USD $109,672.00 /Yr.
