You will join the Growth team that is responsible for launching, growing, and improving Starlink around the world.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the primary Finance liaison for consumer growth, owning weekly / quarterly demand forecasts, long-term planning, budgeting, financial reporting, and related business cases
- Drive cross-functional new product roadmaps and launch planning with Product Engineering, Software Engineering, Global Operations, Supply Chain, and S&OP teams
- Continuously improve forecasting, reporting, and planning processes to support faster, better-informed decisions
- Analyze financial impact of growth experiments and forecast opportunities to drive prioritization of business and engineering initiatives
- Assess consumer insights and analytics to identify winning & losing demand generation approaches
- Lead the development and execution of strategic growth programs (e.g., campaigns, new channels) to maximize customer acquisition
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of cumulative work experience in management consulting, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, investment banking, or business operations
- 1+ years of experience using Excel for financial modeling
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years of management consulting, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, investment banking, or business operations experience
- 1+ years in early and growth stage startups working with lean teams
- Distinctive business judgment and communication skills
- Excellent project management, problem solving and analysis skills
- Experience analyzing data, identifying insights, and developing creative approaches to solving problems
- Background in financial analysis and working with SQL and/or Python
- Experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives
- Industry experience in telecom, technology, consumer products, automotive, and/or maritime
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed
- Willingness to travel to customer sites, other SpaceX locations, and events as needed
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Pay range:
Product Growth Lead: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00/per year
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX. You may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of company stock or long-term cash awards, as well as potential discretionary bonuses and the ability to purchase additional stock at a discount through an Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You may also accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation and will be eligible for 10 or more paid holidays per year.
