Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) is seeking a Staff Analyst (Experienced) to support our Flight Test Analysis team in Seattle, WA.

This position is based at Boeing Field in Seattle, Washington on 1st shift and will occasionally require travel between Seattle-area sites via a personally owned vehicle. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment with changing requirements, demonstrates strong organizational skills, and communicates effectively and persistently with engineering teams and multiple levels of management—providing regular status updates, tracking progress against plans and deadlines, and escalating risks as needed. In this role you will develop, coordinate, and assess the architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings; conduct research and analyze data from multiple sources to deliver informational and technical materials; evaluate strategic organizational issues and identify options and recommendations; and provide strategic design, logistics, and facilitation for large meetings and events. You will also develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, monitor and track execution of plans, and communicate status to all project participants. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, a willingness to learn Boeing’s proprietary tracking and reporting tools, and experience scheduling, hosting, and capturing minutes for both online and in-person meetings are required.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives
  • Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan
  • Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings
  • Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources
  • Delivers informational or technical materials
  • Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options
  • Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events
  • Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget
  • Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants
  • Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements
  • Develops and deploys localized training content

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience managing leadership schedules and calendars using Microsoft Outlook
  • 1+ years of experience implementing operational certification requirements
  • 1+ years of experience coordinating engineering tasks across external and internal stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  •  Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • 1+ years of experience with commercial airplane certification and safety requirements and procedures

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $83,300-$112,700
