Boeing Commercial Airplanes - Fabrication is looking for a Staff Analystto join the Environment, Health & Safety team based onsite in Auburn, WA.

The Boeing Company’s Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) organization is currently seeking a Staff Analyst to support the Fabrication EHS team across a global footprint.  This position will create metrics, presentations, data visualization, and will assist EHS leaders in running the business.  The selected candidate(s) will work with various cross functional partners to communicate risk, actions, information, and decisions.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Applies processes and tools for Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) and business partner performance data requests

  • Develop and maintain data reports and dashboards including the use of visualizations in tableau

  • Provides oversight to the business unit EHS data collection process

  • Develops and deploys EHS performance data metrics including data integration, visualization and providing insights into data

  • Handles file server, Share Point and computing account access

  • Contributes to development of plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives

  • Analyze and summarize data used in the development and proposal of organizational direction (e.g., budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs)

  • Develop executive and senior manager level briefings

  • Be responsible for the design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events

  • Maintains organizational webpages and e-mail distribution lists

  • Occasional administrative support to the EHS Leadership Team including invoicing and ordering of supplies as necessary

  • This position will support both the Fabrication and Global Real Estate and Enterprise Facilities (GREF) EHS Teams

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office products such as Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • 1+ years of experience working across organizations and interfacing with key stakeholders, including senior leaders

  • Experience communicating effectively with multiple levels of an organization

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years' of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Bachelors degree or higher

  • Experience with Enablon dashboard development

  • Experience with safety data/systems

  • Experience using Tableau and/or PowerBI

  • Passion for continuous improvement and innovation

Summary Pay Range: $63,000 – $92,000
