Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ITService Delivery Leader – Program Management (PMX) to oversee the successful delivery of complex programs and projects across the organization. This role requires a strong background in program management, service delivery, and leadership, with the ability to drive strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional outcomes.
Essential Functions:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale programs and projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Define program objectives, success criteria, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of services, ensuring high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously monitor and improve service delivery processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for program-related communications and updates.
- Manage and mentor program managers, project managers, and other team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure successful program execution.
- Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to ensure program success.
- Maintain a risk register and regularly report on risk status to stakeholders.
- Align program delivery with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
- Contribute to the development of long-term plans and roadmaps for service delivery and program management.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to improve program management and service delivery.
- Leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Develop and deliver regular reports on program status, performance metrics, and key achievements.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on program outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- PMP, ITIL, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
- Experience in industries such as IT, consulting, or professional services is a plus.
- Familiarity with change management principles and practices.
- Experience leveraging data and analytics to drive program success and service delivery improvements.
