Summary

Job Description

The Sr. Analyst for Procurement oversees the implementation and operational support of direct and indirect procurement and inventory management functionality. Responsibilities include: collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing and delivering innovative solutions to align with L3Harris business objectives, ensuring system stability and performance for production systems, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Functions:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and managed service support personnel to design, configure, and test SAP Procurement modules (ex. MM, SD, PP, IM, and EWM), providing expert guidance on best practices.
  • Facilitate collection and documentation of business requirements for SAP Procurement modules (ex. MM, SD, PP, IM, and EWM) ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Support the implementation of supply chain functionality for large SAP implementation projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and new module rollouts.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications and process flows.
  • Develop RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversion, Enhancement and Forms) specifications to complete development identified as part of L3Harris business requirements.          
  • Assist with prioritization of issue resolution and enhancements for SAP supply chain modules, provide guidance to assist with troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Build strong internal & external customer relationships by aligning system solutions to our changing business requirements.
  • Stay current with new technologies especially within SAP systems to align technologies with the L3Harris business direction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
  • Minimum of 9 years of experience in SAP supply chain management, with a proven track record of successful system implementations and support.

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of SAP supply chain modules (MM, SD, PP, IM, and EWM) and familiarity with integration points with other SAP modules.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to present complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with development of technical solutions to complex problems and driving implementation.
  • Expertise S/4 HANA functionality and Configuration.
  • Strong technical background in business operations – tools and processes.
  • Experience working within ERP applications, with emphasis on procurement or logistics functions.
  • Exposure to project management methodologies, including waterfall and Agile.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $99,500-$184,500. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $114,000-$212,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
