The successful candidate will develop intelligence products and analytic assessments in support of U.S. Army-Pacific's (USARPAC) Intelligence Directorate at Fort Shafter, Hawaii, directly impacting Theater Army intelligence collection efforts.

This posting is part of our ongoing talent pipeline. While this position may not be immediately open, we are actively gathering interest for upcoming roles and future growth

You would be an excellent candidate for this position if you:

  • Are a detail-oriented individual with a technical background in SIGINT and subcategories and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of intelligence analysis in support of national security and operational readiness.
  • Thrive in a collaborative team environment and demonstrate exceptional communication skills.

As a Specialized SIGINT Geospatial Analyst, you will be a key member of an intelligence team, responsible for providing in-depth COMINT/PROFORMA/FISINT analysis with a strong emphasis on the geospatial aspects of signals activity within the Pacific AOR. You will perform signals identification, geolocation, and exploitation using advanced COMINT/PROFORMA/FISINT systems, databases, and analytical techniques, and you will analyze the resulting intelligence within a geospatial framework. This includes correlating signals intelligence with terrain, imagery, and other geospatial data to understand the operational environment. You will also be generating time-sensitive intelligence reports, alerts, and briefings that provide both signals intelligence analysis and geospatial context to support tactical and strategic decision-making by Combatant Command and Army leadership as well as operational units.

Your responsibilities will include close collaboration with intelligence personnel across disciplines, including SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, and All-Source analysts, to produce integrated intelligence assessments that combine signals intelligence with geospatial intelligence and other relevant information. You will be actively monitoring the electromagnetic environment and its relationship to the geographical landscape in the Pacific theater, identifying emerging trends, potential vulnerabilities, and significant geospatial patterns. Performing shift work rotations, including day, night, and weekend shifts, to ensure continuous intelligence support to ongoing operations and exercises. You will be adhering to strict security protocols and procedures to safeguard classified information and maintain operational security. Contributing to the refinement of COMINT/PROFORMA/FISINT analysis methodologies, geospatial analysis techniques, and associated tools to improve team performance, and providing direct intelligence support to real-world military operations, training exercises, and crisis response efforts in the Pacific.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of COMINT/PROFORMA/FISINT data, with a focus on its geospatial context and relevance to operational environments.
  • Identify and analyze the technical characteristics of signals, including their structure, parameters, and content, and correlate these characteristics with geospatial data (e.g., terrain, imagery, maps).
  • Evaluate, analyze, and document the signals and protocol environment of assigned accesses, emphasizing the geospatial relationships and patterns within the signals activity.
  • Produce detailed reports and briefings that accurately convey the findings of signal analyses, integrated with relevant geospatial information to enhance understanding and situational awareness.
  • Develop intelligence products and analytical assessments that provide actionable intelligence and geospatial context, supporting targeting, mission planning, and operational decision-making.
  • Use a comprehensive understanding of SIGINT collection platforms and geospatial analysis tools to combine information from various sources, including Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), and Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT).
  • Provide shift work support as required to ensure continuous intelligence coverage and real-time geospatial analysis of signals activity.
  • Maintain a high level of proficiency in COMINT/PROFORMA/FISINT analysis and geospatial correlation techniques through the application of best practices.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Approximately 20% travel possible, both to Mainland U.S. and Allied and Partner nations, in support of conferences, planning sessions, and exercises.

Minimum Requirements:
