SAIC is seeking an experienced Engineering Analyst to work closely and proactively with the Collection Manager (CM) Team Lead and Operational Leads. In this role, you will perform a wide range of project management and analytical tasks, including implementing end-to-end analytic methodologies, utilizing various analytical tools, conducting mission planning, and overseeing current analysis and collection management activities. Additional responsibilities include engaging in proactive customer outreach, monitoring the complete dataflow process for efficiency, and managing all aspects of target exploitation—such as decryption efforts, reporting, and the integration of emerging technologies. Strong analytical and collaborative skills are essential for success in this position. This position requires 5% -20% CONUS travel, as needed, to meet program goals and objectives. 

Qualifications

  • Must currently hold a TS/SCI and Poly in order to be considered for this role
  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience as/in support to a Collection Manager or closely aligned skill set such as Intelligence Analyst, Digital Network Exploitation Analyst, or Target Analyst Reporter
  • Relevant experience must be in SIGINT collection or analysis, the collection management process, or a related SIGINT technical field
  • Prior experience using software applications and databases associated with office requirements and priorities.
  • Able to run complex queries using a scientific tools
  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience may be substituted for the degree

     

  • Desired Experience 
  • 10 years experience of demonstrated experience supporting a Collection Manager or closely aligned skills set such as Intelligence Analyst
  • Demonstrated experience with Dataflow processes, and analytical tools and applications

Target salary range: $200,001 - $240,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
