You will play a critical role in our continued rapid growth, bringing a strategic and hands-on approach to building our finance and accounting organization. You will collaborate closely with Finance &amp; Accounting Leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver on ambitious hiring needs. To achieve this, you will be given the autonomy and tools to execute on our strategy to build and develop Anduril's world-class team. We are looking for someone who can handle every aspect of the finance recruiting lifecycle and is excited to be part of a small, impactful team where no task is too big or too small.</p> <ul> <li><strong><em>This position is open to 6-month Contract employment.</em></strong></li> </ul> <h4>WHAT YOU’LL DO</h4> <ul> <li>Conduct in-depth interviews and <strong>technical assessments</strong> of potential <strong>corporate finance, FP&amp;A, accounting, tax, treasury, and internal audit</strong> candidates, demonstrating the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios.</li> <li>Engage passive <strong>finance and accounting candidates</strong> using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals, SOBO campaigns, and specialized <strong>finance networks, professional associations, and industry events</strong>.</li> <li>Partner closely with <strong>Finance &amp; Accounting Leadership (CFO, VP of Finance, Controllers)</strong> to understand team needs, define role requirements, and craft compelling value propositions specifically for corporate finance talent.</li> <li>Drive a diverse talent pipeline into the organization ensuring a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint, from initial outreach to offer acceptance.</li> <li>Represent Anduril's brand and recruiting team internally and externally, articulating our unique business model, scale, and financial impact.</li> <li>Leverage internal resources and market insights to build strategies around selling our value proposition to top-tier finance talent.</li> </ul> <h4>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <ul> <li><strong>5+ years of direct, full-cycle recruiting experience specifically focused on finance and accounting roles, including FP&amp;A, general accounting, audit, tax, treasury, and strategic finance.</strong></li> <li>Proven experience conducting thorough competency assessments and evaluating finance capabilities (e.g., GAAP/IFRS standards, financial modeling, audit processes, cost accounting, and strategic planning) against technical and cultural requirements.</li> <li>Deep understanding of the finance and accounting landscape, including current industry trends, key certifications (CPA, CFA, CMA), and familiarity with financial planning and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Workday, Anaplan, advanced Excel).</li> <li>Experience managing strategic stakeholder relationships, particularly with <strong>Finance Leaders and Hiring Managers</strong>, driving strategic recruiting efforts based on business needs, profile calibration, and providing transparent pipeline progress via reporting.</li> <li>Experience acting in a consultative manner, where your guidance on market conditions, talent availability, and candidate expectations has led to improved outcomes and a positive candidate experience within the finance and accounting space.</li> <li>Clear and effective communication with finance candidates to understand motivation, drivers, and cultural fit within a fast-paced, high-impact organization.</li> <li>Experience managing various funnels of finance candidates and keeping track of their progress throughout the recruitment process using an ATS.</li> <li>Highly autonomous but highly collaborative, thriving in a dynamic, high-growth environment.</li> <li>Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.</li> </ul> <h4>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <ul> <li>Experience recruiting for Big 4 accounting alumni or candidates within high-growth corporate finance environments.</li> <li>Experience recruiting for senior to leadership-level finance roles (e.g., Directors, Controllers) within a complex product, hardware-software, or government contracting (GovCon) environment.</li> <li>A strong network within the finance and accounting community and familiarity with local and national professional finance associations.</li> <li>Multiple years of experience working at an agency or fast-paced startup environment, particularly one with a strong product or engineering culture.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">US Hourly Range </div><div class="pay-range"><span>$55</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$70 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-contrast="auto">The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
