You will also support in maintaining Anduril’s inventory and asset management program.</p> <h4>WHAT YOU'LL DO</h4> <ul> <li>Provide on-site and remote technical support for software and hardware.</li> <li>Handle tickets in the Jira Service Management system.</li> <li>Identify persistent problems and recurring failures and escalate to team leads and engineering teams.</li> <li>Provide support for Windows, Linux and Apple computers. Configuring systems to ensure the latest software updates, device management and the Anduril security stack are installed for each endpoint.</li> <li>Inventory and Asset management of all endpoint hardware.</li> <li>Support and license administration of end user software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Adobe, Lucid, Matlab, etc.</li> <li>Participate in a weekly on-call rotation.</li> <li>Identify knowledge articles and SOPs for end users and internal IT.</li> <li>Assist with ongoing operational improvements and implementation projects as needed.</li> </ul> <h4>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <ul> <li>At least 3 years of experience in a service desk technical role</li> <li>Excellent knowledge of PC and Apple hardware</li> <li>Extremely detail oriented</li> <li>Excellent customer service</li> <li>Excellent communication skills</li> <li>Experience with a ticketing system and managing a ticket queue</li> <li>Must participate in a weekly on call rotation</li> <li>Must be able to travel if necessary</li> <li>Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance</li> </ul> <p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with Jira Service Desk or Service-Now</li> <li>Experience with endpoint management tools (SCCM, Jamf, Intune, Workspace One, etc)</li> <li>Experience with Zoom and related video conferencing hardware</li> <li>Experience with Okta or other similar IAM tools</li> <li>Experience in a Zero trust/beyond corp environment</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">US Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$60,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$78,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-contrast="auto">The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
