Job Description

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex programs spanning the many technical areas of NVIDIA Research. This role works with individuals from many different areas across the company to organize graduate fellowship programs, academic outreach, invention assessment, and communication of research innovations. The ideal candidate combines strong program leadership, technical fluency, and the ability to drive alignment amongst participants in fast-moving environments.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead complex programs from planning through execution, coordinating contributions from individuals across organizations including Research, Engineering, Legal, and Finance

  • Maintain clear research reporting and execution visibility

  • Improve program governance, operating rhythms, and delivery predictability

  • Support NVIDIA’s annual Graduate Fellow and Faculty Fellow planning, evaluation, and selection

  • Track and report on research invention submissions, evaluations, and disposition

  • Assemble, edit, and publish internal Research newsletters with content from the department and executive leadership

  • Plan and orchestrate internal Research conferences and other events

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, a related field, or equivalent experience

  • 8+ years of program management or related experience in a technology environment

  • Proven success leading large, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies

  • Strong experience with program governance, risk management, milestone planning, and executive reporting

  • Strong communication skills

  • Thorough familiarity with modern communication tools including Microsoft Office, Slack, Confluence

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Perforce, GitLab, and GitHub

  • Prior use of intellectual property management systems such as Anaqua

  • Experience with AI tools for automating information management workflows

  • Background supporting research or advanced development operations

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 136,000 USD - 218,500 USD.
