Boeing Global Services  (BGS) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader as the Senior Program Manager for our DLA (Defense Logistics Agency) spares portfolio covering US Air Force platforms. This role is critical in ensuring USAF platform readiness through flawless execution of transactional spares and Performance-Based Logistics programs.  Work will be performed onsite in either Oklahoma City, OK or Hazelwood, MO.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of USAF platform scope under the DLA-Boeing Captains of Industry (BCOI) contract, including the F-15 Depot Performance-Based Logistics (PBL) program and KC-46 Commercial Common / Military Unique spares and repair contracts
  • Manage B-2 transactional scope as a major subcontractor partner to Northrop Grumman
  • Drive successful acquisition and execution of DLA transactional spares for various platforms, including B-1, B-52, E-3, F-15, KC-135, KC-46 and Minuteman
  • Coordinate actions across Boeing functions to ensure customer-focused outcomes and effective program execution
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with US Air Force customers to understand their needs and drive program success
  • Collaborate with BDS and other BGS programs to develop sustainment solutions for new USAF platforms (T-7A, MH-139, E-7, Proprietary Programs)
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years’ experience in program management, particularly within the defense sector and/or active duty military
  • 5+ years’ experience using leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • 10+ years’ experience demonstrating communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple functions to remove barriers to operational success

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline)
  • Experience working with US Air Force customers and understanding their operational requirements
  • A strategic mindset with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $189,550 - $276,000
