- Works with fellow contractor employees who are former Special Forces, Civil Affairs, PSYOP, USAF CCT/TACP personnel and sister service veterans to identify and develop cross-functional team injects and vignettes
- A Senior Operations SME/Operations Analyst Principal will ensure that exercise scenarios encompass the following activities: Cyber-Space-SOF planning and activities, Multi-Domain Operations (MDO), Special Forces Operations, Intelligence, Psychological Operations, Civil Affairs, Logistics, Fires, Insurgency Forces, Future Operations, and include interaction with other Government agencies and non-government agencies.
- Senior Operations SMEs/Operations Analyst Principals ensure successful completion of these activities in a training environment to assure Commanders that units are prepared to fully execute their assigned missions upon deployment.
- Senior Operations SMEs/Operations Analyst Principals will maintain familiarity with and will adhere to current Army and Joint doctrine and training strategies throughout the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC).
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
