NVIDIA has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Materials Inventory Analyst within our Global Supply Chain Procurement Organization. This role requires strong analytical capabilities and extensive knowledge of inventory management, materials procurement, and contract manufacturer (CM) operations within the semiconductor industry. As a Sr. Materials Inventory Analyst, you will drive end-to-end turnkey materials inventory strategies across our global contract manufacturers, ensuring alignment to corporate policies, financial governance, and supply accuracy. You will demonstrate advanced analytics and Agentic AI to proactively identify financial risks, improve execution and scale predictive, data-driven inventory management capabilities. This role is an on-site position based in our Santa Clara headquarters, and is ideal for a strategic, data-driven problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and collaborates cross-functionally to deliver results!

What you'll be doing:

  • Own end-to-end Excess & Obsolete (E&O) inventory management across global CMs, including identification, validation, mitigation, and disposition

  • Partner with CM teams to validate inventory exposure, drive accountability, and ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment to turnkey policies and financial governance

  • Analyze root causes of excess (e.g., forecast shifts, build changes, MOQ constraints) and drive corrective actions to reduce financial risk

  • Lead audits and ensure alignment of on-hand and on-order inventory to reported positions

  • Track, analyze, and communicate inventory health, E&O trends, risks, and recovery progress

  • Leverage Agentic AI and advanced analytics to detect risks, automate root cause analysis, improve B2B data integrity, and enable scalable, real-time inventory management (including support for Safety Stock and VMI programs)

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s or MBA (or equivalent experience) with 8+ years of experience in semiconductor supply chain, procurement, or inventory management, with deep expertise in E&O/liability management and CM operations (PCBA required)

  • Ability to drive accountability, influence outcomes, and collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Finance, and global CM partners

  • Data-driven problem solver with advanced analytical and modeling capabilities, including experience applying AI/ML or Agentic AI to solve supply chain or financial risk challenges

  • Strong understanding of data quality, governance, and structured data frameworks to enable scalable analytics, automation, and decision-making supported by advanced tools

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 128,000 USD - 201,250 USD for Level 4, and 152,000 USD - 247,250 USD for Level 5.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
