Today, we’re tapping into the unlimited potential of AI to define the next era of computing. An era in which our GPU acts as the brains of computers, robots, and self-driving cars that can understand the world. Doing what’s never been done before takes vision, innovation, and the world’s best talent. As an NVIDIAN, you’ll be immersed in a diverse, supportive environment where everyone is inspired to do their best work. Come join the team and see how you can make a lasting impact on the world.

NVIDIA is seeking a deeply technical and hands-on Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead the development of next-generation AI-driven solutions on the ServiceNow platform to enhance business efficiency and productivity. This role requires strong expertise in platform architecture, full-stack development, and enterprise integrations, along with familiarity in emerging AI paradigms such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and agentic AI.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Drive the design and implementation of scalable, intelligent workflows and applications across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM and HRSD.

  • Define architectural standards and ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing platform solutions.

  • Own and manage the ServiceNow platform end-to-end, including strategy, roadmap, upgrades, and overall platform health

  • Establish and enforce platform governance standards for architecture, security, scalability, and user experience

  • Ensure high availability, performance, and stability of platform operations and service delivery

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a global team of engineers, including internal staff and external partners

  • Manage vendors and partners to ensure high-quality delivery, performance, and cost efficiency

  • Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and automation to enhance efficiency and user experience

What We Need To See:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 6+ years of experience leading and managing high-performing engineering teams

  • 12+ overall years experience with enterprise architecture, IT leadership, or large-scale software engineering and platform management (including SaaS and AI/ML systems)

  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with system-level development

  • Hands-on experience with test automation, production testing, and automation frameworks

  • Solid understanding of Linux, embedded systems, firmware, and hardware/software integration

  • Deep knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ServiceNow (HR, Security, Finance modules preferred)

  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Automated testing frameworks, and structured software development methodologies

  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams

  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to drive strategy, process discipline, and organizational change

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience implementing enterprise-grade governance for agent systems (controls, audit-ability, monitoring, policy enforcement) in production autonomous workflows

  • Demonstrated wins taking new/open-source agent constructs from POC to production adoption, with clear business impact (cycle time, quality, cost, reliability)

  • Built and scaled an agent platform or agent developer experience used by multiple teams (SDKs, templates, reference apps, reusable building blocks)

  • Clear point of view and real examples on build-vs-use decisions—when to adopt OSS/3P vs build internal primitives—and how to operationalize the choice

  • Deep experience with agent evaluation at scale (long-horizon tasks, tool correctness, reliability testing, automated regressions, offline/online feedback loops)

About Nvidia

Nvidia

NVIDIA is one of the most influential technology companies in the world, powering the modern era of artificial intelligence, high-performance computing, graphics, and autonomous systems. Originally known for its leadership in gaming GPUs, NVIDIA has evolved into the backbone of AI infrastructure, designing the chips, software, and systems that train and deploy large-scale AI models used across industries from healthcare and robotics to autonomous vehicles and scientific computing.

For job seekers, NVIDIA offers opportunities at the forefront of deep tech, spanning software engineering, AI research, systems engineering, hardware design, networking, robotics, and developer tools. A major focus of its work is the CUDA software platform and AI ecosystem, which enables developers to program GPUs at massive scale and has become foundational to modern machine learning and data center computing. This makes NVIDIA especially attractive to engineers, researchers, and technologists who want to work directly on the infrastructure powering today’s AI revolution.

Unlike traditional hardware companies, NVIDIA operates as a full-stack computing platform company, integrating silicon, systems, and software into a unified ecosystem. Employees may work on everything from GPU architecture and data center systems to AI frameworks, simulation platforms like Omniverse, and autonomous vehicle technology through the DRIVE platform. This breadth allows teams to operate at the intersection of research and production-scale deployment, with direct impact on global computing infrastructure.

As demand for AI, accelerated computing, and autonomous systems continues to grow rapidly, NVIDIA remains one of the most important employers in technology and advanced engineering. For professionals seeking a high-impact career at the center of AI development—where breakthroughs quickly translate into real-world systems at global scale—NVIDIA stands out as one of the most dynamic and sought-after destinations in the industry.
