Senior Manager, Program Finance

The Senior Manager, Program Finance role serves as the subject matter expert and owner of the ISR Sector IHO budget and rate process. Candidate will be recognized as the internal expert and thought leader for establishing and reporting on the IHO budget and variances.


Essential Functions:

  • Will work under minor direction and be looked on as the Sector owner for budgeting, tracking and reporting SG&A costs across the Sector.
  • Extensively analyzes Sector cost accumulation and the allocation process across Sector divisions.
  • Works under consultive direction to budget, track and report finance head count and costs in the Sector.
  • Communicates to senior leadership in the Sector and Segment for all SG&A, and Budgets and Rates reporting.
  • Position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.
  • Ability to travel up 15%.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with both the FAR and CAS to implement analysis and review of incurred costs thru submission and audit of incurred cost proposals.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with indirect rate structures including multiple overhead pools, TCI G&A, Value Added G&A, abated fringe and understanding of treatment and allocation of intermediate overhead pools.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with compliance understanding to review and advise on CAS410 and CAS403 disclosure statement submission, audit and defense.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with SG&A costing and roll up of costs for analysis, forecasting and reporting at the Sector IHO level.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with establishing multiple department budgets for FPRP preparation, audit defense with DCMA/DCAA and cost monitoring reporting both internally and externally.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with 3FF process for distribution of allocated costs.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP ERP and Hyperion systems.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage and grow a remote team.
