Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a highly motivated, collaborative and data driven Senior Manager BGS Commercial Modifications – Program Integrator (Level L), to lead the Program Integration team out of Long Beach, CA. This leader will work closely with the Commercial Modifications Leadership team and Product Line leaders to integrate Project Management Best Practices and standardization across the Commercial Modifications Program. This leader will be responsible for developing and maintaining Program KPIs as well as providing analytics support to the respective Product Line teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Program Management, Data Analytics, and expert level understanding of Work Breakdown Structure principles. In addition, this candidate must be able to lead a global team and demonstrate high performance within a matrix organization.
Position Responsibilities:
Partner with executives, program managers, engineering leaders, and functional partners to establish and standardize program management best practices.
Develop and maintain program management process documents, local work instructions, program execution plans and standard work packages.
Serve as the facilitator for multiple integration forums such as cost control change board, schedule control change board, and skyline control change board.
Develop and maintain program key performance indicators KPI and provide analytics support to product line leaders Serve as the system administrator for project management and project scheduling tools
Maintain and expand existing capabilities within the Smartsheet project management tool suite
Integrate monthly and quarterly Program performance report out to BGS ExCo
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher required
5+ years of experience in a management role
5+ year of experience working in a program management function
2+ years of experience developing project execution schedules
Experience developing key performance metrics
Experience establishing data architecture for dashboard reporting
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science
MBA
Expert level knowledge of Smartsheet tools
Expert level knowledge with tableau software

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: 180,000 – 243,800
