The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Information Technology Project Management Specialist to join the Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Business Partner team in Everett, WA or Renton, WA.

Join the BCA Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) team as a Project Management Integration Specialist and lead transformative, cross-functional IT programs that deliver innovative solutions to drive business success.

In this critical role, you will be at the forefront of managing complex change initiatives spanning applications, business process integration, and infrastructure modernization. You will oversee project scope, technical direction, schedule, and budget, while aligning stakeholders and driving adoption across Boeing Commercial Airplanes. Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead critical Information Technology (IT) integration programs from intake through delivery and sustainment, including planning, risk management, status reporting, and change control
  • Translate business problems into clear technical objectives and an incremental roadmap balancing short-term wins and sustainable long-term solutions
  • Collaborate with architects, data owners, product owners, developers, hardware teams, suppliers, and business subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure coherent end-to-end solutions
  • Own program and project level schedules, budgets, deliverables and decision logs; manage Integrated Change Board activities and escalation paths
  • Drive data-focused outcomes: understand existing data models, identify authoritative sources of truth, define data migration/cleansing needs, and ensure data governance and lineage are addressed
  • Oversee and help manage scope, technical direction, schedule performance, and budget baselines; lead stakeholder alignment and ensure adoption across BCA (e.g. engineering, manufacturing, and business functions)
  • Lead critical IDT&S integration efforts across BCA Programs & Fabrication
  • Lead adoption and change management activities, training plans, communication, and post-incident/root-cause follow-up to lock in value realization
  • Mentor and coordinate technical/project managers assigned to cross-functional workstreams

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience with Information Technology Project Management
  • 5+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership
  • 5+ years of experience with business operations and/or business process improvements
  • 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Project, Primavera, or other project management tools

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience
  • 5+ years of experience communicating with executive audiences
  • 5+ years of experience collaborating internally across multiple organizations
  • Experience leading a team either formally or informally, mentoring, and supporting team members
  • Experience in Program Management, Compliance, Risk Management and Finance
  • Experience with the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) goal-setting framework

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $142,800 - $193,200
