The Boeing Commercial Airlines 737 Program is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Human Resources Business Partner – Strategy and Integration Lead to join our team in Renton, WA. This is not your typical HRBP role. It’s a high-impact lead position designed for a proactive professional who excels at strategy, execution, communication, and executive influence in a fast-paced environment.
As a critical member of the 737 Program, you will work closely with the Program HR Director and leadership team to align strategic priorities with day-to-day business activities. Your role will involve solving complex challenges, implementing efficient and standardized management practices, leveraging data analytics to drive informed decision-making, and contributing to key site initiatives.
You will play a central role in driving alignment, momentum, and execution across the HR organization.
Position Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership and Integration
Drive alignment around key business priorities, people strategies, and HR initiatives across the organization
Partner closely with HR leadership to build organizational plans; partner closely with HR leadership to translate strategic objectives into clear work streams, actions, and deliverables
Proactively assist the HRBP team as a broker for HR services in creating requirements for business support initiatives
Understand and support the business environment in partnership with the HR Director and HRBP team. Lead insights/business strategy behind HRBP projects. Develop and prepare business level requirements in conjunction with HRBP team
Lead or support special projects on behalf of the HR Director and leadership team, often involving senior stakeholders and enterprise partners
Operational Excellence
Assist in the development of organizational plans, vision, mission, goals and objectives. Implement and coordinate strategies, policies and practices for HR resource functions. Lead the strategic staffing plans and reporting cadence
Build rigor and clarity around deliverables, timelines, priorities, and inter-dependencies
Maintain strategic awareness of organizational priorities and ensure leadership visibility to what matters most
Executive Communication and Presentations
Develop high-quality executive communications, presentations, talking points, and leadership messaging
Ensure messaging is aligned, polished, and delivered with precision across the HR team and broader leadership forums
Additional Responsibilities:
Promote open communication and guide discussions to collaboratively resolve workplace issues
Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to provide input on HR programs in specific areas (e.g., labor relations, talent, compensation, training), and support the delivery of programs
Synthesize recurring employee concerns or trends, reporting these to HR leadership to develop proactive solutions or interventions
Be a visible champion of Boeing’s values and behaviors—modeling our expectations and reinforcing them through consistent interactions

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
5+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
Human Resources certification (SHRM and/or PHR Certification)
5+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce plans to meet organization objectives
Experience with HRIS platforms and technology, with preferred applications experience in Workday
Experience navigating a matrixed organization

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $127,500 - $172,500
