SAIC is looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to support our US Navy customer with implementing Comply-to-Connect (C2C), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Zero Trust architecture, RADIUS authentication, and firewall security engineering. This position will support PEO Microsoft Teams Telephony initiative to ensure secure device authentication, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience for mission-critical Navy communications environments.

This is a HYBRID/REMOTE ROLE in Washington, D.C. Must be local to area.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Lead the design and implementation of Comply-to-Connect (C2C) security framework supporting Navy enterprise networks.
  • Engineer PKI solutions enabling secure device authentication across MS Teams Telephony and NetMod environments.
  • Architect RADIUS authentication systems supporting 802.1X network access control.
  • Implement firewall security policies ensuring secure communication flows for mission systems.
  • Support RMF activities including ATO documentation and vulnerability remediation.
  • Track all Information Assurance Vulnerability Alert Management (IAVM), Communications Task Orders (CTOs), and STIG releases along with their deltas and participate in STIG implementation.
  • Conduct Firewall Policy Engineering, Network Segmentation and establish and maintain Secure VoIP / UC Security.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors degree with five or more years’ experience supporting an IT Enterprise environment in a cyber, system administration, engineering or management capacity.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must have an Active Secret Clearance to start.
  • Certifications: CISSP / CASP+ / CISM / CCSP, Security+, Azure Security or Administrator Certifications, Network Security Certifications.
  • Experience with PKI Platforms, RADIUS Systems, Firewalls, Microsoft Security Tools,  Endpoint Management, Network Monitoring Systems.
  • Experience with PKI and Identity Management to include Certificate Lifecycle Management, SCEP / NDES Integration, CAC / PIV Authentication, and Microsoft Entra ID Security.
  • Experience with Network Access and Authentication to include RADIUS Engineering (NPS, ISE, ClearPass), 802.1X Wired/Wireless Authentication, and Device Posture Validation.
  • Experience with Enterprise Security Technologies to include Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Security, Azure Security Services, and Continuous Monitoring Tools.
  • Experience supporting PEO Digital enterprise systems mission in delivering secure, resilient, and Zero Trust-aligned enterprise communications.

Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
