Position Summary

Ready to launch your cloud engineering career to new heights? At Jet Aviation, we're looking for a highly skilled and forward-thinking Senior Cloud Engineer to help shape the future of our global IT infrastructure. In this hybrid role, you'll lead the execution of our cloud strategy while managing complex infrastructure projects across Azure, Microsoft 365, and on-premises platforms. You're the go-to expert for cloud and infrastructure technologies-providing L3 support, driving automation, and guiding modernization efforts. From streamlining global operations to enabling future-ready solutions, you'll be at the core of everything we build and secure!

Your mission

  • Design and manage hybrid infrastructure: Build, deploy, and maintain resilient cloud and on-prem environments, including Azure, Windows/Linux servers, storage, and networking.
  • Lead strategic IT projects: Drive datacenter onboarding, infrastructure migrations, and site acquisitions from planning through execution.
  • Administer and optimize core platforms: Manage Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, Active Directory, SCCM, and Citrix VDI/provisioning services.
  • Secure hybrid connectivity: Operate and enhance SASE platforms to ensure reliable, secure access across the organization.
  • Optimize security and compliance: Apply best practices for security, backups, disaster recovery, monitor systems, troubleshoot issues and improve performance across all environments.
  • Provide expert-level support: Provide L3 incident resolution, engage with vendors, and resolve complex infrastructure incidents.
  • Mentor and document: Create clear technical documentation and support knowledge-sharing by mentoring junior team members.
  • Automate operations: Leverage PowerShell, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools to increase efficiency and reliability.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent certifications/experience.
  • 7+ years managing Azure cloud infrastructure in hybrid environments.
  • Deep experience with Azure/Entra & Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Intune, Teams).
  • Proficient with Windows Server, AD, DNS, GPO, and ADCS.
  • Skilled in on-prem infrastructure, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and SCCM.
  • Networking knowledge across Cisco/Meraki, firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN, and NetApp storage.
  • Strong in IAM, conditional access, and cloud security best practices.
  • Proficient in PowerShell and automation tools (Azure Automation).
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, ARM/Bicep is a plus, AWS is a plus.
  • Analytical thinker with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Fluent in English, French or German are a plus.
