Basic Qualifications

Bachelors degree in a related specialized area or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

General Dynamics Mission Systems has an opening for an Information Assurance Engineer in Scottsdale, AZ.

Job Summary:

Are you passionate about systems engineering and cybersecurity? We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team, ensuring secure, compliant, and innovative systems in a classified environment.

What Youll Experience:

• Hands-on work with thesystem development life cycleandRisk Management Framework (RMF).
• ImplementingSecurity Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)and running security assessments across various platforms.
• Building RMF documentation, including security plans, testing plans, and compliance analysis.
• Conducting vulnerability scans and compliance checks in aDevSecOps environment.
• Collaborating with teams, customers, and stakeholders to solve complex cybersecurity challenges.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Strong expertise insystems engineeringandcybersecurity frameworkslike NIST SP 800-37 and 800-53.
• Experience withSTIGs, security policies, and vulnerability assessments for different systems and devices.
• Proficiency in developing RMF documentation and performing compliance scans.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• ATS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph, plus an activeSecurity+ or CISSP certification.

Salary Note

Combined Salary Range

USD $133,120.00 - USD $144,040.00 /Yr.
