Role at a Glance

We are hiring a senior, outbound-driven Sales Manager to own discovery, close new business, and begin strategic land-and-expand within priority accounts within downstream refining.

This is not an account management role. This is a hunter role.

You will:

  • Build pipeline through proactive outbound efforts

  • Run discovery meetings

  • Close new inspection business

  • Expand within sites

  • Begin transforming accounts into long-term flagship partnerships

What you will do

  • Full sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → proposal → close

  • Driving new inspection and asset integrity revenue

  • Converting meetings into qualified, scoped opportunities

  • Navigating plant-level and technical stakeholders

  • Building multi-site expansion pathways

  • Creating momentum that supports executive-level engagement

  • Accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management

  • Leading discovery sessions that uncover customer pain and motivation

About You

Required Skills

Candidates must have meaningful experience in:

  • Oil & Gas (Downstream refining preferred)

  • Asset integrity programs

  • Inspection services (NDT, mechanical integrity, turnaround support, etc.)

  • Maintenance & reliability organizations

  • Selling into plant managers, reliability engineers, maintenance leaders, and inspection departments

  • Comfortable being on the road as needed, up to 50%+ of the time
