The Review Table Coordinator plays a key role in facilitating and managing design review meetings across multiple functional areas within a technical or engineering environment.

Position Requirements
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of experience in a coordination, facilitation, or project management role, preferably within a technical or engineering environment
- Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
- Proficiency in scheduling tools and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Outlook)
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively identify and escalate issues
- Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule design review table meetings across several functional areas
- Track and manage reviewer participation and timing
- Assign priorities to issues and action items arising from reviews
- Maintain accurate records of review outcomes and follow-up actions
- Elevate unresolved or critical issues to appropriate leadership or decision-makers
- Foster a collaborative and productive review environment
- Other Requirements:
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project needs
- Strong attention to detail
- Develop and improve quality metrics to measure the Review Table deliverables.
- Must be willing and able to work in a Team based environment.
- Must be familiar with Creo, NX, Vis-Mock-Up and Teamcenter.
- Ability to work overtime.
- Basic understanding of drafting design is a plus.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Word, etc.)
